What we store
What you send the bot (text, and transcripts of voice notes), your scores and feedback, your answers to the setup questions, your name, timezone and reminder time, and your Telegram user id.
How it is protected
Your retros, feedback and answers are encrypted at rest. Voice files are not kept after they are transcribed.
Who processes it
To transcribe, score and answer questions, your text is sent to AI models through OpenRouter, without your name. It is never used to train AI and never sold. Messages are delivered through Telegram.
Your control
Send /export in the bot to download everything. Send /delete to erase your account and all your data permanently.
